RETURNS POLICY UK

We trust you’ve fallen head over heels with your Melyr goodies, but hey, even the best love stories have their plot twists. Fear not, if, for any reason, your Melyr order doesn’t spark joy, don’t worry – returns within the UK are simple and free. We’re a small team, but we care deeply about your experience. Your feedback is vital, the secret sauce that will make us even better, and we can’t wait to hear from you. So, please reach out to us at hello@melyr.co.uk.

All items must be received back within 28 days of receipt of your order with the returns form inside your parcel duly completed.

All items due for return must be new, unworn, unwashed and not modified in any way.

The items must be in their original packaging with swing tickets still attached.

Within your parcel, there will be a Royal Mail delivery label, please attach this to the parcel where it is visible and blank out any other previous address’.

The return needs to be taken to a Post Office.

Please ensure you keep your proof of postage and tracking receipt until your refund has been processed, as the items remain your property until received back by Melyr.co.uk.

Once your return has been processed we will send a confirmation via email.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed upon receipt and inspection.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange goods within our 28 day returns window by posting the unwanted item(s) back to our customer services department.

When returning the item(s) via post, please ensure that you complete your returns form in full stating details of the item(s) you would like as a replacement. If you have misplaced your returns form then you can download another one here.

Upon receipt of your unwanted goods, we will process the exchange and resend the requested items to you.

Should there be a price difference or an outstanding balance, we will contact you for additional payment or issue a refund as required.

Please expect 7-10 days to complete this process.

If you need an item urgently, we suggest that you purchase the replacement item(s) via the website straight away and send the original item back for a refund.

Create a Return

Please read our returns policy and ensure your return adheres to our policy prior to commencing this process.

Place your unwanted items and fully completed returns form back in the parcel and seal. Attach the Royal Mail FREE RETURNS label that came with your delivery, on top of the outbound label to avoid any confusion.

All items must be received back within 28 days of receipt of your order and should be in their original packaging with all original swing tickets and labels still attached.

Once completed, please take your parcel to your local post office, keeping hold of the tracking number for future reference.

Create an Exchange

Please read our returns policy and ensure your return adheres to our policy prior to commencing this process.

Place your unwanted items back in the parcel together with the fully completed returns form. Please note down the required style, colour, and size of the item(s) you would like your returned item(s) to be exchanged for.

Seal the parcel and attach the Royal Mail FREE RETURNS label that came with your delivery on top of the outbound label to avoid any confusion.

All items must be received back within 28 days of receipt of your order and should be in their original packaging with all original swing tickets and labels still attached.
