Fear not, if, for any reason, your Melyr order doesn’t spark joy, don’t worry – returns within the UK are simple and free. We’re a small team, but we care deeply about your experience. All items must be received back within 28 days of receipt of your order with the returns form inside your parcel duly completed.
All items due for return must be new, unworn, unwashed, and not modified in any way.
The items must be in their original packaging with swing tickets still attached.
Within your parcel, there will be a Royal Mail delivery label, please attach this to the parcel where it is visible and blank out any other previous address’.
The return needs to be taken to a Post Office.
Please ensure you keep your proof of postage and tracking receipt until your refund has been processed, as the items remain your property until received back by Melyr.co.uk.
Once your return has been processed we will send a confirmation via email.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed upon receipt and inspection.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange goods within our 28 day returns window by posting the unwanted item(s) back to our customer services department.
When returning the item(s) via post, please ensure that you complete your returns form in full stating details of the item(s) you would like as a replacement. If you have misplaced your returns form then you can download another one here.
Upon receipt of your unwanted goods, we will process the exchange and resend the requested items to you.
Should there be a price difference or an outstanding balance, we will contact you for additional payment or issue a refund as required.
Please expect 7-10 days to complete this process.
If you need an item urgently, we suggest that you purchase the replacement item(s) via the website straight away and send the original item back for a refund.
