When MELYR was merely a seed in the brain all the way through to launch, we never ever discussed looking younger/thinner/turning back time etc etc. The whole ethos of the brand was to create failsafe solutions that addressed some of the challenges presented as our bodies change and evolve with the passage of time.
Some sectors within the beauty industry have very successfully championed and celebrated women of a certain age with pioneering pro-age products. You may or may not be aware that one of my business heroines is the inspirational Bobbi Brown, not simply because I love her Jones Road range (especially the Miracle Balm and What The Foundation), but also her understated elegance and quiet confidence. As a woman in her late forties experiencing all the inevitable hormonal changes as well as juggling career and caring, her softly spoken words of wisdom encourage and sustain me on a daily basis.
